WHITE TIGER CONDO CONVERSION

“We are on a journey to make a difference in the world. We help make your dreams come true.”

— Jen Chan, President and Creator of White Tiger

VISIONARY and THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

JEN CHAN, MBA, President and Creator of WHITE TIGER, a pioneer, leads from the heart, mind, and spirit. Jen has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and related fields. She has received numerous awards for her professional performance, including the Standing Ovation Award and Commitment to Excellence Award, both from CNL, the largest commercial real estate development company in Orlando, and the Exceptional Service Award from the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.

Jen has worked in a wide range of businesses, from startups to multinational corporations, and has invested in her own real estate projects. She bought her first house when she was just 23, and since then has purchased, rehabilitated, managed, and sold nine residential properties.

Born and raised in Florida, Jen worked in a family-owned restaurant business as a child. As an adolescent, she helped manage residential investment homes with her mother. Those early work experiences helped shape her strong work ethic and irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit.

As a research and due diligence coordinator at CNL (now Foundry Commercial), she prepared acquisition board packages for nearly 100 commercial properties with a total value of more than $250 million and helped prepare requirements for a $53 million collateral loan commitment for new building acquisitions.

Jen  decided to create WHITE TIGER after experiencing the frustration of completing her first own condo conversion. She believed there had to be a faster, less stressful and more precise way to complete a conversion on time and on budget — with fewer surprises along the way.

She envisioned a streamlined and standardized program that would simplify and accelerate the process while avoiding the pitfalls that often impede real estate projects. That “aha moment” gave birth to WHITE TIGER — a company that embodies her fierce conviction, specialized and agile skills, and rigor all focused to empower people in helping them to achieve the American dream of home ownership and building wealth.

Jen devoted countless hours over many years to developing, engineering, and designing her proprietary program, Fast Track Condo Conversion™ (FTCC) and curating a team of skilled professionals to execute it. Like a brilliantly composed symphony, WHITE TIGER is her masterpiece.

INVOLVEMENT and COMMUNITY

Jen earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Webster University Worldwide. She has been an adjunct instructor in Business and Technology and an alumni speaker at UCF and ITT Technical Institute. She believes education should be a lifelong pursuit that never ends.

Jen is continually expanding her business, real estate knowledge, and professional skills. She participates frequently in industry workshops, seminars and has received specialized training in transformational leadership and coaching. She embraces the dual East and West cultures in which she grew up, integrating personal evolution and experiential breakthroughs into her business practice.

Beyond her professional life, Jen believes strongly in giving back to her community. She supports many local and national civic organizations through volunteerism at events ranging from small, informal gatherings to large, formal affairs. She is actively involved for almost two decades at GLAAD, a national LGBTQA advocacy organization, and is also involved with the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR), Equality California (EQCA), Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and member of San Francisco Pride Parade and Celebration (SF PRIDE), and Pets are Wonderful Support (PAWS). In addition, she participates in special events and guest experience for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco; public representative for City College in the MA Advisory Committee for the Education Review Board, and a speaker with San Francisco State University (SFSU) under the Center Research Education and Sexuality (CREGS) partnered with the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, speaking on inclusion, diversity, and equity to students at local schools, universities, organizations, and companies.

Jen moved to San Francisco in 2000 and fell in love with the City by the Bay. "I appreciate the eclectic nature and openness, the diversity, the architectural and natural beauty of the city” she explains. “I love the innovation, expression, and creativity of the culture, in the arts, dance, music, fashion and style, culinary, and animals to also share the experience with others. Especially, I love the opportunities to turn dreams into reality."

WHITE TIGER is the product of Jen Chan’s vision, devotion, and believes in the Universe. Her holistic approach, deep experience, exceptional skills, and integrity  — together with the talent and support of those around her — lie at the heart of WHITE TIGER.

Gratitude and fierce conviction make all things possible.
